I started out in this business just like any regular blue collar guy, working out in the field, learning from many sources and people, going to trade schools, seminars, always thirsting for the knowledge to be the best service technician and learn everything there is to know about this industry. The main thing that I have learned in all these years is that ALL customers want the same thing from their A/C guy, “Fix my unit correctly and be fair about the cost”. This has become my main philosophy in my business. I train all my employees with this as my main goal. “Our customers are to be treated as family”. “We care about what we do, and about who we provide our services for”. “I am not looking to be the largest company around, just the company that our customers trust and know that they will always receive the service they deserve”.
